Cheairs Porter is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. He has extensive knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences industry, having worked with numerous clients in the provider, pharma, and device distribution sectors. Cheairs has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and B.S. in Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce at Washington and Lee University
