Bryce Walker is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Business Services Group with experience advising clients in the tech-enabled services, professional services, and commercial and industrial services sectors. Bryce has over eight years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and A.B. in Public Policy from Duke University.
