Bio

Brian Titterington is a managing director in the Harris Williams Technology Group. He has extensive experience working with software and tech-enabled services companies across the compliance (GRC and EHS), eCommerce & retail, education, human capital management (HCM), and real estate & property sectors. Brian has nearly 15 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our San Francisco office. B.S.B.A in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
