Brian Lucas Bio

Brian Lucas is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the firm's Business Services Group. He has deep experience advising clients in the professional services, commercial and industrial services, and specialty distribution sectors. Brian has over 20 years of experience at the firm, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and B.S. in Commerce with concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
