Brent Spiller Bio

Brent Spiller is a managing director at Harris Williams, serving as co-head of the firm’s Consumer Group. He has extensive knowledge of the consumer industry, having worked with numerous clients in branded consumer products, consumer services, and consumer multi-site. Brent has nearly 20 years of experience at the firm, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
