Andy Leed Bio

Andy Leed is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Technology Group. He has extensive experience across a broad range of technology and data solutions sectors, including supply chain and logistics technology, industrial software, education technology, government technology, and financial technology. Andy, who joined Harris Williams in 2012, has nearly 20 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our San Francisco office. M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
