Andy Dixon is a managing director at Harris Williams in the firm's Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. He has deep experience advising clients across the healthcare and life sciences landscape. Andy has more than 16 years of experience advising clients at Harris Williams on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our San Francisco office. M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Brown University.
