Bio

Mr. Ledwith is a vice president in the Consumer Group at Harris Williams. He has advised a variety of clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory assignments across the consumer products and services sectors. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Ledwith worked at Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc. in the Financial Institutions Group advising middle market depository institutions on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises. Mr. Ledwith earned a B.S.B.A in Finance and Marketing with distinction from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and is a member of the CFA Institute, holding the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
