Mr. Packard is a director at Harris Williams who works across all of the firm’s Industry Groups to deepen its relationships within the private equity community. He has advised a diverse group of publicly-traded and privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, building products, specialty distribution, and business services, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he was an investment banking associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Wells Fargo Securities. Mr. Packard earned an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.A., cum laude, in Economics and Spanish from Washington & Lee University. Prior to business school, Mr. Packard held positions with CapitalSource Finance and in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
