Mr. Webb is a managing director in the Industrials Group at Harris Williams He has over 15 years of experience executing merger, acquisition, divestiture and capital raising transactions. Mr. Webb has advised both public and private companies across a variety of sectors, including building products; chemicals and specialty materials; construction materials; mining and natural resources; niche manufacturing; and specialty distribution. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Webb was an investment banker at Sagent Advisors and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Webb earned a B.S. with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic honors.
