Mr. Monjauze leads the European effort for Harris Williams and is head of the firm's Technology Group. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience in the U.S. and Europe and has led numerous advisory and capital-raising assignments including mergers and acquisitions, board advisory, initial public offerings, and private placements, and various strategic advisory engagements. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Monjauze was co-head of European Technology Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. Previous experience also includes co-founding a venture capital firm based in California and leading the European Internet and software practices for Credit Suisse First Boston. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Monjauze has advised European and U.S. technology companies including, among others, AOL, Autonomy, Alcatel, Bertelsmann, eBay, Gemalto, Getronics, HP, IAC, Interhyp, Maxtor, MutuiOnline, Nokia, Qualcomm, Sage, SAP, Schlumberger, Sony Ericsson, Sophos, Thomson, Tieto, Time Warner, Unisys, and Yandex as well as a large number of founder-owned businesses and leading private equity firms globally. Mr. Monjauze received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and also attended the London School of Economics.
