Mr. Morris is a director in Harris Williams’ Business Services Group. Mr. Morris has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions across multiple industries, including outsourced facility services, commercial and industrial services, route-based services, environmental services, and specialty distribution. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Morris worked for Thomson Reuters. Mr. Morris earned an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
