Bio

Mr. Costa is a vice president in the Harris Williams Technology Group. He has advised public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions across a variety of sectors, including healthcare IT, architecture, engineering and construction, and education technology, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Costa served as Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Costa earned his M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech.
