Bio

Mr. Budlong is a managing director and leads the West Coast Consumer Group efforts for Harris Williams out of the firm’s San Francisco office. Mr. Budlong has over a decade of investment banking experience and has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions for companies providing products and services to a variety of segments within the consumer industry including branded and enthusiast consumer products, food and beverage, restaurant and retail, and consumer services. Mr. Budlong has additional advisory experience in the industrial manufacturing, outsourced business services, energy services, and technology industries. Previous experience also includes work as a consultant at Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. Mr. Budlong earned an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Biology from Wartburg College.
