Bio

Ms. Naithani is a director in the Technology Group at Harris Williams. Ms. Naithani has advised clients on M&A and capital raising transactions across a variety of sectors within technology, including software, SaaS, healthcare IT, technology-enabled services, digital media, and eCommerce. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Ms. Naithani was the director of Software Development at VoxVue, a business intelligence and data visualization software company, where she led the engineering team. Her previous experience also includes working as a venture finance associate at Vela Systems, a construction software company, now a part of Autodesk. Ms. Naithani earned an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, and a B.S. with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology.
