Bio

Mr. Morgan is a vice president in the Harris Williams Business Services Group. Mr. Morgan has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory assignments across multiple industries including outsourced industrial services, facility services, residential services, safety and security, legal services, and IT services. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Morgan was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and a high school teacher. Mr. Morgan earned an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Virginia.
