Mr. McNulty leads Harris Williams’ Industrials Group. Mr. McNulty has over 17 years of experience advising middle market companies on merger and acquisition and capital raising initiatives. He has led transactions in a number of industries including packaging, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, building products, and business services. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. McNulty was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and UBS. Additional experience includes operations and consulting roles with Lockheed Martin. Mr. McNulty earned an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma for academic honors, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
