Bio

Ms. Shah is a director in Harris Williams’ Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. She has advised clients on merger and acquisition and corporate advisory assignments across the energy and power value chain, including infrastructure services, utility services, oilfield services and equipment, and engineering and construction. She also has experience in business services and consumer. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Ms. Shah worked for Ernst & Young. Ms. Shah earned an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University.
