Bio

Mr. Tsui is a vice president in Harris Williams’ Technology Group in the firm’s London office. Mr. Tsui has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and growth equity transactions across software, media and technology-enabled services sectors. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Tsui worked at Affin Bank Berhad and Smith & Williamson. He earned a Masters in Engineering from Imperial College London in Chemical Engineering with Finance.
