Bio

Mr. Wills is a vice president in the Harris Williams Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group. He has advised clients on merger and acquisition and corporate advisory assignments across the energy and power value chain, including infrastructure services, utility services, oilfield services and equipment, and engineering and construction. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Wills worked in the Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure Group at Greenhill & Co. and served as a Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) Officer in the United States Air Force. Mr. Wills earned an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and B.S. in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy.
