Bio

Mr. Molinari is a vice president in Harris Williams’ Frankfurt office. Throughout his career, Mr. Molinari has provided clients with advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, refinancing and strategic growth opportunities across a variety of industries including consumer, industrials, healthcare and energy and power. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he worked in the M&A department of Daiwa Corporate Advisory (formerly Close Brothers). Mr. Molinari earned a MSc. in International Business, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance, with distinction from Maastricht University and a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from University of Bayreuth.
