Bio

Mr. Oussadon is a managing director in the Technology Group at Harris Williams. He has over 15 years of experience in technology investment banking having advised various public and private companies on M&A and capital raising assignments, many of which have been cross-border transactions. He joined Harris Williams from UBS TMT Investment Banking in London where he led coverage of the European Software sector. Previously, he spearheaded UBS' Strategic Investments Group, UBS' corporate venture capital arm focused on early-staged technology investments. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Oussadon worked at both Arma Partners and Societe Generale Corporate Investment Banking in London and Paris respectively. Mr. Oussadon holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
