Mr. Meredith is a director in Harris Williams’ Transportation & Logistics Group, where he has advised a diverse group of clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments across the automotive aftermarket and third party logistics sectors. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Meredith was an associate at CMS Mezzanine and an analyst at Dominion Partners, where he facilitated merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions across a wide range of industries. Mr. Meredith earned a B.S.B.A in Finance from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.
