Mr. Dunn is a vice president in the firm’s Industrials Group. He has advised a diverse group of companies on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of industries, including industrial technology, chemicals, specialty distribution, and consumer products, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, he was a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton where he focused on developing applications for advanced technologies in commercial and military systems. Mr. Dunn earned an M.B.A. with honors from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
