Mr. Kidd is a director of Harris Williams’ Transportation & Logistics Group. During his career, he has worked on a variety of mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and various capital markets transactions, primarily focused on the transportation & logistics industry. Mr. Kidd has experience in key market niches such as third party logistics, contract logistics, niche trucking, rail services, transportation equipment manufacturers, and automotive aftermarket. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Kidd worked as an Investment Banking associate at BB&T Capital Markets where he was a member of the transportation & logistics practice. He earned a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
