Bio

Mr. Lin is a Vice President in Harris Williams' Technology Group. Mr. Lin has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments across the technology landscape. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Lin was a Vice President at Union Square Advisors, an investment banking firm where he advised public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity and strategic advisory engagement. Mr. Lin began his investment banking career as an associate in the Financial Institutions Group with a focus on Financial Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Mr. Lin earned his B.A with Honors in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
