Bio

Mr. Ripperger is a director in Harris Williams’ Frankfurt office. He has advised clients on merger and acquisitions, distressed sales, and strategic advisory across a variety of industries, including industrial, automotive, business services, healthcare, and consumer products, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Ripperger worked at Daiwa Corporate Advisory (formerly Close Brothers). Mr. Ripperger earned his degree at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany, where he received the Dean’s List Award.
