Bio

Mr. Clark is a vice president in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group at Harris Williams. He has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments across sectors, including aviation services, proprietary electronics, advanced materials, software and specialty manufacturing. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Clark worked at CSP Associates, where he advised corporate clients, private equity sponsors and institutional lenders on mergers and acquisitions across the aerospace, defense and government services industry. Mr. Clark earned a B.A. in Business from Franklin & Marshall College.
