Mr. Linsalata is a director in Harris Williams’ Technology Group. Mr. Linsalata has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions across a variety of sectors, including SaaS and application software, digital media, technology-enabled services, with a focus on healthcare IT. He has additional advisory experience in the healthcare services, transportation and logistics, and building products sectors. Mr. Linsalata earned an MBA with High Distinction from the Tuck School of Business and an A.B. from Dartmouth College.
