Mr. Smith is a director in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group at Harris Williams. He has nearly two decades of strategic advisory and operational experience in the aerospace, defense, and government services industry and extensive transactional expertise in middle market mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Smith served as a Naval Aviator in the United States Navy where he flew the F/A-18 Hornet and specialized in aircraft carrier landing instruction. Mr. Smith earned an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S. in Chemistry, with Merit, from the United States Naval Academy.
