Bio

Mr. Neils is a vice president in the Consumer Group at Harris Williams. Mr. Neils has worked on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions across a variety of consumer segments, including food and beverage, outdoor and enthusiast, home goods, and apparel. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Neils worked at MHT Partners, where he advised private companies and private equity firms within the consumer and business services industries. Mr. Neils also worked at Intrepid Investment Bankers as a generalist and began his career at Morgan Stanley in New York. Mr. Neils earned a B.A. in History from the University of Southern California.
