Bio

Mr. Toussaint is a vice president in the Harris Williams Industrials Group. He has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of industries, including industrial technology, specialty materials, industrial services, and manufacturing, among others. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Toussaint served as a commissioned officer in the United States Coast Guard. Mr. Toussaint earned an M.B.A. with distinction from the Tuck School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with high honors from the United States Coast Guard Academy. Mr. Toussaint is a member of the CFA® Institute and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
