Bio

Mr. Walker is a director in the Business Services Group at Harris Williams. During his career, he has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising transactions across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Walker was a vice president in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Walker earned an M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University where he was a Dean’s Scholar, and an A.B. in Public Policy from Duke University. Prior to business school, Mr. Walker held positions as a congressional aide and political consultant in Washington, D.C.
