Bio

Mr. Titterington is a director in Harris Williams' Technology Group. He supports the firm’s efforts in the eCommerce and retail, online marketing and data analytics, and education technology sectors. Mr. Titterington has transaction advisory experience across the business services and data infrastructure markets including managed services providers, fiber and data center operators, and wireless network operators. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Titterington was a vice president at Q Advisors LLC, an investment banking firm where he advised public and private companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, and strategic advisory engagement. Mr. Titterington began his career as an analyst in the Communications, Media & Entertainment investment banking group at RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Titterington earned a B.S.B.A in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
