Bio

Mr. Wilczek is a vice president in Harris Williams’ Consumer Group where he focuses on advising companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. Mr. Wilczek’s key focus areas within the consumer sector include food and beverage, restaurants, and retail. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Wilczek was in the transaction advisory services practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he advised private equity firms and public and private companies on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across a variety of industries. Mr. Wilczek earned a B.S. (Honors) in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.
