Bio

Mr. Morrison is a managing director in the Industrials Group at Harris Williams. He has more than 10 years of experience advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments in the middle market. Mr. Morrison has executed transactions across a range of industries including packaging, chemicals and specialty materials, building products, oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, and business services. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Morrison was an associate in the Global Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and an analyst at Petrie Parkman & Co. before it was acquired by Merrill Lynch. Mr. Morrison earned a B.A. in Financial Economics and Philosophy from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar.
