Mr. Baltimore is a managing director and co-head of M&A at Harris Williams. As co-head of M&A, he works across Industry Groups to advance the firm’s strategic priorities and deepen client relationships. In addition, Mr. Baltimore co-heads the Business Services and Specialty Distribution Groups at Harris Williams. He has more than two decades of investment banking experience and has advised clients on a variety of merger and acquisition and strategic advisory assignments. Prior to joining Harris Williams in 2001, Mr. Baltimore worked as an investment banker at First Union Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors) and in a variety of roles at American Power Conversion, a leading technology company. Mr. Baltimore joined Harris Williams following the completion of his M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He earned his B.A. in English from Boston College.
