Mr. Dixon leads the West Coast Healthcare & Life Sciences Group efforts for Harris Williams. During his tenure with Harris Williams, Mr. Dixon has worked on sell side mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of healthcare segments, including alternate site care, outsourced clinical services, and physician practice management; health and wellness; medical and life science devices and products; payor and provider services; and healthcare information technology. Prior to focusing on healthcare clients, Mr. Dixon advised clients across a range of other industries including experience in branded consumer products, retail, transportation, and utility infrastructure. Previously, Mr. Dixon was a member of the founding team and served as director of Product Development at software provider DigiTerra Broadband. Other previous experience includes work as a business analyst in the Market Strategy Development Group at MediaOne. Mr. Dixon holds an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Brown University. Mr. Dixon is a member of Harris Williams’ San Francisco office.
