Bio

Mr. Hoft is a vice president in the Harris Williams Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. He has advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory assignments across the healthcare landscape. He also has advisory experience in the technology and consumer industries. Prior to joining Harris Williams, Mr. Hoft served as an officer in the United States Air Force in the satellite launch directorate as a rocket propulsion engineering and acquisition team lead. Mr. Hoft earned an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.S. in Aeronautical / Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, where he was inducted into the Tau Beta Pi and Sigma Gamma Tau Honor Societies.
