Bio

Mr. Poth is a director in Harris Williams’ Frankfurt office. He has more than 10 years of experience advising multinationals and privately held/family owned companies on a wide range of M&A and capital markets transactions. His coverage and deal experience is focused on consumer and retail including various subsectors such as food (animal protein, bakery, confectionery, convenience food, dairy, ingredients, sugar), beverage (soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits), and agriculture (commodities, farm inputs, fruit and vegetables, grains and oilseeds). Mr. Poth joined Harris Williams from Deutsche Bank’s European consumer and retail team in London. Prior to that he worked several years at Rabobank as part of the Rabobank/Rothschild global M&A cooperation in food & agriculture. Mr. Poth has a degree in Business Administration from European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
