Mr. Decker joined Harpeth Capital in 2008 from Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:GFSI) where he served as a Vice President of Sales and Operations in the commercial lending group. Prior to joining Goldleaf, Mr. Decker was an Associate in the capital markets and corporate banking groups at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, serving both public and private companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Mr. Decker held various accounting and corporate finance positions with The Dana Corporation (NYSE:DAN) and International Paper Company (NYSE:IP). Mr. Decker holds a BS in Finance and Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
