Mr. Woodworth has over 25 years of corporate finance and global institutional marketing and fundraising experience. Prior to joining Harpeth Fund Advisors, Mr. Woodworth co-founded BerchWood Partners, LLC, a global private equity placement firm with clients headquartered in the U.S., Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, he was a partner at Brittany Capital Group and a partner at Lens, a shareholder activist fund. Prior to joining Lens, he co-founded North Bridge Capital, a financial advisor and placement agent for private companies seeking early stage venture financing as well as management groups seeking acquisition financing. Mr. Woodworth’s experience also includes working at Intercontinental Capital Associates, a New York and San Francisco based boutique investment banking firm, and Goldman Sachs & Co. where he worked as an institutional sales professional. Mr. Woodworth is a Director on the Board of GlacierWorks, a non-profit organization that vividly illustrates the changes to Himalayan glaciers through art, science, and adventure. Mr. Woodworth received a BA in American History from Harvard College. He holds the Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations.
