Jonathan has over 12 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience with a primary focus on software. Previously, he was a Director at AGC Partners, a Vice President with Berkery Noyes, and prior to that, he worked for Bryant Park Capital. Since 2011, Jonathan has been working in M&A, completing over 40 investment banking transactions totaling $1.8 billion. He has extensive experience working with founders and C-level executives across a variety of industries, notably software and marketing technology. Jonathan is FINRA licensed with Series 79 and 63. He received both his undergrad and MBA from Penn State. He is an avid golfer whose passion and dedication recently led him to shoot a 78.
