Ira Cammeyer is strongly qualified to provide Harbor Healthcare’s clients with timely, objective, precise and defensible business valuation advice and analyses. His personal experience and ongoing alliances with the healthcare industry’s largest consolidators afford him an ideal position to advise and counsel prospective sellers. Ira established Harbor Healthcare Consultants in 1995 and the company quickly proved to be highly regarded in merger and acquisitions within the pharmacy arena. Under Ira’s guidance, clients are assured of the most efficient and equitable structure tailored to the seller’s needs. His confidence and keen insight into current market conditions are well respected. His ability to communicate and create additional value within a company enables him to achieve the highest returns for his clients. A graduate of the Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy, Ira continued his education with graduate studies in finance and economics. Pursuing his career in the healthcare arena, he served as an administrator at Downstate Medical Center in New York. He then entered the long term care market and provided pharmaceutical and consulting services to nursing homes. He is actively involved in the industries he serves as a member of NHIA, ASCP, IACP, and NCPA.
