Mr. Mastorakos is a Senior Vice President in HamptonRock’s investment banking practice, having joined the firm shortly after its founding in 2019. He has over 10 years of corporate finance experience and is responsible for sourcing and executing buy-side, sell-side, and capital-raising transactions for founder and family-owned businesses, in addition to general advisory assignments. His transaction experience spans the consumer, specialty distribution, manufacturing, environmental, and industrial services sectors. Prior to joining HamptonRock, Mr. Mastorakos worked in the investment bank at J.P. Morgan, where he was focused on buy-side and sell-side advisory and capital markets execution for privately-held entities. Before J.P. Morgan, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the corporate debt group. Mr. Mastorakos graduated from Texas Christian University as a Dean’s Scholar and received his B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Accounting. He holds Series 79 and 63 FINRA securities licenses.
