Andrew Deeb Bio

After graduating from the University of Toronto, Andrew went on to establish, and help grow, Hampton’s investment banking practice. Over the past few years, Andrew has been instrumental in the completion of numerous capital markets transactions, both in the private and public markets. Andrew has gone on to work closely with issuers across a wide array of industries, while developing a specialty in guiding private issuers through to the public markets. Andrew has shown a track record of success navigating issuers through the many perils and pitfalls that befall private companies attempting to access the public markets, while establishing relationships built on trust, and laying the ground work for continued success and growth for years to come. Numerous years immersing himself in the industry has enabled him to connect, and form working relationships, with a long list of professionals, including private and public issuers, investor relations, institutional investors, local and national political figures, private equity firms, and UHNW investors.
