Having joined Hampton Securities in 2017, Ms. Korovyakovska now holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, where she leads a service team supporting the expansion of our wealth management and finance groups. Her primary focus is on overseeing and optimizing the firm's operational functions, ensuring seamless efficiency, and upholding compliance with regulatory standards. With a professional journey spanning over a decade, Ms. Korovyakovska has cultivated expertise across various departments, including syndication, client onboarding and services, compliance, and other back-office operations. This diverse experience places her in a pivotal role, actively shaping the strategic trajectory of Hampton Securities. Ms. Korovyakovska earned her degree in Banking and Wealth Management from the Pilon School of Business. Complementing her educational background, she holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and multiple certifications from Canadian Securities Institute, showcasing her commitment to excellence in investment management and financial services.
