Oliver Rupps is Sector Principal for logistics, digital logistics solutions and tech-enabled supply chain management. His career includes roles as CEO of trans-o-flex, a German parcel logistics firm with over 500m EUR in revenues, as CEO of VBH Holdings, then a publicly-listed construction components wholesale firm with nearly 700m EUR revenues, and as CFO of ixetic, a 300m EUR revenues automotive pumps and components manufacturer. Oliver started his career at Mercedes-Benz, where he was also involved in the Daimler/Chrysler post-merger integration teams for purchasing and logistics. Oliver founded and developed several start-up companies in the logistics sector and beyond, including a B2B logistics marketplace in Switzerland. He arranged the growth funding for various innovative companies. For more than two decades Oliver has held supervisory and advisory board positions, including as chairman. His management experience ranges from fast growth firms to heading complex restructuring situations. Oliver holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. He is fluent in German (native), English and French.
