For 30 years, Bill Hanlon has served as a trusted advisor to prominent healthcare organizations across the country, assisting in the design and execution of growth strategies and capital financing transactions. His direct financing and advisory experience includes both public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions for hospitals, health systems, physician group practices, managed care companies, long term care organizations and other ancillary services or technology businesses. Recent engagements have been completed for clients such as: Catholic Health Initiatives (CO), Hawaii Pacific Health, Memorial Health, Inc. (GA), Novant Health (NC), and Phoebe Putney Health System (GA). Prior to the formation of H2C Securities Inc. Mr. Hanlon was a founder of Shattuck Hammond Partners Inc. in 1993, and served as a member of the board and management committees of that firm and its successor organizations. He is a member of the Finance Committee of the Sarasota Yacht Club and past member of the Finance Committee and the Long Range Planning Committee of the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club. He is also a past member of the boards of Global Scientific Ltd., a medical device company, CURE LLC, a commercial finance company sold in part to AmeriQuest Transportation Services, Inc. and FutureHealth Corporation, a healthcare risk management company sold to Nationwide Insurance. In 1997, he participated in the U.S. Agency for International Development program to support the growth of the healthcare capital markets system in Russia. Mr. Hanlon received his B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. A frequent presenter to boards and industry groups, he is an active member of the Health Management Academy and past member of The Healthcare Roundtable for CEOs.
