Mr. Sinel is an accomplished capital markets professional with expertise in assisting not-for-profits, municipalities, and state agencies in raising capital in the tax-exempt and taxable debt markets. As a Director for H2C, his focus is on implementing capital strategies and financing solutions to help healthcare providers and related organizations achieve their goals. Prior to joining H2C, Mr. Sinel served as a senior vice president from 2016-2020 and a vice president from 2011-2015 in the Piper Sandler & Co. and Jefferies LLC public finance departments, respectively. In these positions, Mr. Sinel specialized in the development and execution of comprehensive plans of finance for healthcare, not-for-profit, and municipal clients. Mr. Sinel received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a concentration in Management from the University of Rochester.
